Ginger in Spiceland


Makes one cocktail

Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom
1 1/4 ounces ginger liqueur (I chose a version that does not have a brandy base)
1 1/4 ounces 100% blue agave anejo tequila
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce apple juice
1/4 ounce agave nectar

Garnish: 1 apple wedge, cut into thin slices and fanned or a cinnamon stick

Add all the ingredients except the garnish to an ice filled cocktail shaker.   Shake well.  Pour contents of the shaker into a glass. Garnish as desired.
