Jambalaya…

Plated Jambalaya

It’s one of those dishes that has no ‘etched in stone’ recipe which I love because they allow for personal spin.  Last night, I noticed that the green beans were moving past their prime, so though not a traditional ingredient in jambalaya, I added them.  What I consider a good base recipe is posted here on Palatable Life.  Enjoy!
