What’s the difference between a muffin and a cupcake?  At the end of the day, not too much, right?  Frosting… is that the main difference?

Over the weekend, that was my internal dialogue as I made these moist, sweet Lemon Streusel Muffins.  Oh the stuff that clutters my brain 🙂

Regardless of the differences between muffins and cupcakes these muffins truly are delicious, so much so that I’m ever so glad that the  recipe only yields 6!
